Entry is open only to persons 18 years and over, who are residents of Western Australia and have not won a competition, prize or promotional item, through Archer Imagery in the last 6 months.
To enter, completed original entry coupons must be received at the studio by the end of the promotion date. Late entries will not be accepted. Entry coupons not properly completed will be rejected. Copies will not be accepted. Prize winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. The major prize winner will be the first valid entry coupon drawn on the day of the draw. First Prizes are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of draw. Consolation Prizes will have an expiry date printed on the notification letter and or Prize Certificate. Prizes are for domestic portraiture and can not be used for commercial photography. Prizes are non transferable, not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
By commissioning Archer Imagery to create images or by entering any promotion or competition, clients and or entrants understand and agree that Archer Imagery may use the information provided by them in accordance with National Privacy Principles. http://www.privacy.gov.au
Some competitors are exclusively run by Archer Imagery, in those cases Archer Imagery will be the sole owner of data collected and will not share client information with anyone outside of our organisation.
In the case of competitions run with other businesses, the details of all entrants will be shared with the other businesses. By entering you expressly agree to this and give permission for the details you provide to be used by each business involved. Each business will be free to contact you by email, SMS, phone or post.
You may at any time unsubscribe from email, phone or SMS messages from us. In the case of competitions involving multiple businesses you will need to unsubscribe from each business individually.
APPOINTMENT HOLDING FEE:
A holding fee / is the shoot fee of $150 for a Saturday appointment and half price during the week at $75. This will be required to secure and hold your portrait appointment. This holding fee ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointment.
Failure to attend or complete your scheduled appointment may result in the cancellation of any prize and the forfeiture of the holding fee at the sole discretion of Archer Imagery management.
GIFT CERTIFICATES/PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS:
Must be redeemed by the holder prior to the expiry date, provided the holder has not redeemed a Competition Prize, Gift Certificate or Promotional Voucher with Archer Imagery in the last 6 months (date calculated from the previous sitting date) Prizes are for domestic portraiture and can not be used for commercial photography.
Promotional Vouchers and Gift Certificates ARE transferable to family or friends. They are not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent. The vouchers and gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, prize or promotion. Only one (1) Gift Certificate or Promotional voucher/certificate can be used at a time. You cannot use the gift certificate or promotional voucher to purchase products from any other photo sessions.
By entering our Facebook or website competitions, the entrant acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with, Facebook in any way.
Archer Imagery reserves artistic control over the design and content of each photo shoot. We may, at our discretion, decline to create certain types or styles of photography. We reserve the right to refuse to produce images at some sizes or combinations of sizes if we believe such images would or could be detrimental to our reputation as a professional studio or as professional photographers.
Clients should discuss their requirements with the studio prior to the photo shoot.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
Archer Imagery reserves the right to refuse service if in our opinion the provision of service is likely to cause or has caused disruption to either staff members or the normal operation of business.
APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Gift Certificates and Promotional Vouchers entitle the holder to a SINGLE APPOINTMENT ONLY. Once made, an appointment can not be rescheduled and the Gift Certificate or Promotional Voucher is deemed to have been used in full at that original appointment time and date.
*NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, management may, at their sole discretion, reschedule an appointment and carry forward the Gift Certificate and holding fee / deposit
The winner will be contacted by phone. Other runners up prizes may also be drawn and contacted by email, phone or SMS.
